Cinthia Anahi Varela

CINTHIA ANAHÍ VARELA (Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA, 1987). In 2005 she began her film studies at Universidad del Cine. Her first short film, “Ingrid” (2006), was selected in several festivals and received a special mention in thecontest "La mujer y el cine" held by the INCAA. In 2008, she collaborated in the editing of the feature film “La mirada febril” (directed by Rafael Filippelli). In 2010, she directed an episode of the collective feature film “Cinco” and received an award for best script in the Tarapacá Film Festival. She is currently working in her first feature film.
