Renee Garcia is an Award-Winning Director and her Award-Winning short film, “Immigrant Mother,” won several awards including for Best International Film in 2022, Best Female Director, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor which includes Cristo Fernandez who stars in the film and also in the Emmy Winning Apple Series, “Ted Lasso” as Dani Rojas, Spiderman: No Way Home” and the upcoming Transformers: Rise of the Beast. Renee Garcia has more upcoming she is attached to as the Director: “Receding,” “Our Broken Family,” “Don’t Take My Life Away,” “Looking for You” and a feature film, “World of Women: Battle of the Two Feuds,” in 2023.

Renee Garcia is also an Award-Winning Casting Director and won a 2020 Casting Director Award, where she was nominated by actors. Renee Garcia Casting is her own casting company that worked with star names such as Danny Trejo, Wayne Brady, Danny Glover, Dolf Lundgren, Keith David, Michael Madsen, Paul Sorvino, Ann Margret, Busy Phillips, and more. She originally started in the industry as an actress and appeared opposite of Vin Diesel in the original film, "The Fast and the Furious."
